研究目的：

①对比广泛及普通全子宫切除术术后不同时间点盆腔脏器位置及盆底形态改变程度的差异； ②了解盆腔淋巴清扫术是否会导致盆腔脏器位置及盆底形态的改变； ③探究上述解剖变化与功能障碍的关系，为术后盆底功能障碍的防治提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

① To compare the differences in pelvic organ positions and pelvic floor morphological changes at different time points after radical and common total hysterectomy; ②To know whether pelvic lymphadenectomy will lead to changes in pelvic organ position and pelvic floor morphology; ③To explore the relationship between the anatomical changes and dysfunction, and to provide objective basis for prevention and treatment of postoperative pelvic floor dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄为20-70岁（含20,70岁）；②术前无盆底功能障碍性疾病；③经临床诊断为宫颈癌、内膜癌或其他妇科良性疾病需行广泛/普通全子宫切除术±盆腔淋巴结清扫术；对照组为接受相应疾病的手术治疗（不切除子宫）或者药物治疗的患者；④签署知情同意书；⑤术后无放疗史；⑥术后6个月、1年、2年定期复查。

Inclusion criteria

①Aged between 20 to 70(including 20,70);② There was no pelvic floor dysfunction before operation;③ Radical/total hysterectomy plus pelvic lymphadenectomy is required for clinical diagnosis of cervical cancer, endometrial cancer or other benign gynecological diseases;the control group was patients receiving surgical treatment (without hysterectomy) or drug treatment for corresponding diseases;④Sign the informed consent form;⑤There was no history of radiotherapy after operation;⑥Regular reexamination on 6 months, 1 year and 2 years after operation.

排除标准：

①术前有盆腔器官脱垂病史；② 合并严重内科疾病的患者；③ 过度肥胖：IBM>28；④ 术中出现严重并发症；⑤有脊柱腰骶部手术史影响尿动力学结果、出血、急性泌尿道感染、尿道畸形等不能行尿动力学检查者；⑥ 拒绝签署知情同意书者

Exclusion criteria：

①There was a history of pelvic organ prolapse before operation;②Patients with severe internal diseases;③Obesity: BMI>28;④Serious complications occurred during the operation;⑤Those who have a history of spinal lumbosacral surgery that affects urodynamic results, hemorrhage, acute urinary tract infection, urethral malformation, etc. and cannot undergo urodynamic examination;⑥Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
