探究诱导治疗前后肿瘤标志物变化，与胸腺肿瘤影像学及病理学缓解间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the relationship between the change of tumor marker and the radiological and pathological regression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）手术确诊的胸腺肿瘤患者；
2）术前经过诱导治疗；
3）诱导治疗前后均进行肿瘤指标检查。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with a definitive diagnose of thymic tumor;
2) Patients recieved inductive therapy;
3) Patients with digital data of tumor marker before and after induction therapy.

排除标准：

1）年龄大于70岁；
2）严重心脑血管及其他脏器合并症，预期寿命较短。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients older than 70;
2) Patients with severe complications affecting life expectancy.
