纳入标准：

项目实施期间在苏州大学附属第一医院生殖中心行宫腔内夫精人工授精术的女方。

Inclusion criteria

During the implementation of the project, the woman who performed intrauterine sperm artificial insemination at the Reproductive Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochou University.

排除标准：

生殖道检出滴虫、白色念珠菌等感染，阴道用药，全身其他器官存在急性感染。

Exclusion criteria：

Trichomonas, Candida albicans and other infections were detected in the reproductive tract, vaginal medication, acute infections in other organs throughout the body.
