研究目的：

旨在研究酒精不耐受人群，长期饮酒后，恶性肿瘤合并心脑血管或代谢性疾病的发病率和发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the incidence and morbidity mechanism of malignant tumor complicated with cardio-cerebro-vascular or metabolic diseases in alcohol-intolerant people after long-term drinking.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.40-70岁，性别不限；
2.符合上述酒精不耐受定义或恶性肿瘤合并心脑血管或代谢性疾病的诊断标准；
3.知情并自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.40-69 years old, male or female;
2.Meet the above definition of alcohol intolerance or the diagnostic criteria for malignant tumors complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or metabolic diseases;
3.Informed and willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳期患者；
2.严重躯体疾病或肝肾功能严重异常者；
3.有精神病病史患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women
2.Serious physical diseases or serious abnormal liver and kidney functions;
3.Patients with a history of mental illness.
