研究目的：

我们采用射频热凝物理治疗联合无水乙醇化学治疗，多治疗点做胸神经毁损，在神经根部做射频热凝毁损，在神经干处做无水乙醇毁损，把射频热凝与无水乙醇联合应用，使神经毁损的作用叠加，以提高中远期疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

We used radiofrequency thermocoagulation physiotherapy combined with anhydrous ethanol chemotherapy, thoracic nerve destruction at multiple treatment points, radiofrequency thermocoagulation at the nerve root, anhydrous ethanol at the nerve trunk, and the combination of radiofrequency thermocoagulation and anhydrous ethanol to superimpose the effects of nerve destruction in order to improve the medium-and long-term effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.胸背部皮疹愈合后疼痛持续3个月以上，治疗前 VAS评 分 均 在 7分 以上；
2、均经过口服药物、神经阻滞等保守治疗效果不佳；
3、病变部位在 T2-12 神经支配区；
4、胸椎 MRI检查，无明显病变者，受试者同意行胸神经毁损治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

1. The pain lasted for more than 3 months after the chest and back rash healed, and the VAS score was more than 7 before treatment;
2. The effect of conservative treatment such as oral medicine and nerve block was not good;
3. The lesion was located in T2-12 nerve control area;
4. MRI examination of thoracic vertebrae showed that the subjects agreed to thoracic nerve destruction treatment.

排除标准：

1、合并严重心 、肺 、肾功能不全；
2、合并出凝血功能障碍；
3、合并智能障碍、精神障碍配合欠佳者；
4、穿刺部位有感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. complicated with severe cardiac, pulmonary and renal insufficiency;
2. complicated with coagulation dysfunction;
3. combined with mental disorders and mental disorders with poor cooperation;
4. infected patients at the puncture site.
