观察重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）对孤独症谱系障碍患儿睡眠障碍的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the clinical efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on sleep disorders in children with autism spectrum disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 患儿须同时符合2013年美国精神医学协会发布的精神障碍诊断与统计手册第五版（The fifth edition of The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders，DSM-5）中孤独症谱系障碍和2014年国际睡眠障碍分类第三版（International Classification Sleep Disorder-3,ICSD-3)睡眠障碍诊断标准。
② 年龄3-6岁，性别不限。
③ 有入睡困难、就寝阻抗、经常或长时间的夜醒，过度早醒、睡眠不安、日夜节律紊乱、梦游、夜惊、睡眠时间短，夜间遗尿、白天嗜睡，睡眠呼吸障碍、有晚睡的习惯典型的临床症状。
④ 1个月内未服用抗精神病、镇静及催眠药。
⑤ 监护人自愿让患儿参加本研究且能够配合研究，并签署研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The children must also comply with the fifth edition (The fifth edition of The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,DSM-5) of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders issued by the American Psychiatric Association in 2013 and the third edition (International Classification Sleep Disorder-3,ICS) of the 2014 International Classification of Sleep Disorders D-3) Diagnostic criteria for sleep disorders.
2. Aged 3-6 years, gender unlimited.
3. Difficult to fall asleep, impedance to bed, frequent or prolonged night waking, excessive early waking, restless sleep, day and night rhythm disorder, sleepwalking, night terrors, short sleep duration, nocturnal enuresis, daytime sleepiness, sleep apnea disorder, habit of late sleeping typical clinical symptoms.
4. No antipsychotic, sedative and hypnotic drugs were taken within 4 months.
5. The guardian volunteered the child to participate in the study and was able to cooperate with the study and signed the informed consent for the study.

排除标准：

① 神经系统有器质性病变，如：脑软化、脑白质发育不良、脑发育畸形等。
② 病因明确的神经发育障碍共患的ASD，如：雷特综合征、儿童瓦解性精神障碍、天使综合征、脆性X综合征、结节性硬化症等。
③ 循环系统器质性疾病；呼吸系统疾病如由解剖结构的异常（如气道狭窄），局部组织顺应性以及神经生理原因所致睡眠相关呼吸障碍；近 1 周患急性疾病影响睡眠者。
④ 癫痫。
⑤ rTMS相关禁忌症,如头颅内置有金属异物、有耳蜗植入物者，有颅内压明显增高者等。
⑥ 父母被认为不能执行睡眠行为治疗计划的ASD患儿(例如，干预时父母经常缺勤或严重干扰的家庭问题导致父母不能执行计划）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The nervous system has organic lesions, such as: brain softening, white matter dysplasia, brain dysplasia and so on.
2. The common ASD, of neurodevelopmental disorders with definite etiology are: ret syndrome, disintegrating mental disorders in children, angel syndrome, brittle X syndrome, tuberous sclerosis, etc.
3. Organic diseases of the circulatory system; respiratory diseases such as sleep-related respiratory disorders caused by abnormal anatomical structures (e.g. airway stenosis), local tissue compliance and neurophysiological causes; and those suffering from acute diseases affecting sleep in the last week.
4. Epilepsy.
5. rTMS related contraindications, such as the skull built-in metal foreign body, cochlear implants, intracranial pressure significantly increased, and so on.
6. ASD children whose parents are considered unable to carry out a sleep behaviour treatment plan (e.g. parents are unable to carry out the plan due to frequent absence from work during the intervention or family problems with serious interference).
