研究目的：

观察双面光疗箱内粘贴3M反光材料制作成环周箱对新生儿高胆红素血症光疗的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study is aimed at developing a circumferential phototherapy box using 3 M reflective materials in the double-sided phototherapy box and investigating its efficacy in treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 母产前无异常产科病史（如妊高症、羊膜早破、大出血等）；
(2) 母产前未使用催产素；(3)开奶及时；
(4) 37周≤胎龄<42周；
(5) 2500 g≤出生体重≤4000 g；
(6) 无宫内窘迫或生后窒息史；
(7) 无胎粪排出延迟；
(8）无红细胞增多症、母婴血型不合性溶血病、感染、头皮血肿、颅内或消化道出血等疾病；
(9) 临床体检正常

Inclusion criteria

1. Infants whose mothers have no abnormal obstetric history before delivery (such as pregnancy induced hypertension, premature rupture of amnion, massive hemorrhage, etc.);
2. Infants whose mothers did not use oxytocin before delivery;
3. Babies whose mothers prescribe milk timely;
4. Infants with <=37 weeks gestational age < 42 weeks;
5. Infants with 2500 g <= birth weight <= 4000 g;
6. infants without intrauterine distress or history of postnatal asphyxia;
7. Infants without meconium discharge delay;
8. Infants without polycythemia, maternal fetal blood group incompatibility hemolysis, infection, scalp hematoma, intracranial or gastrointestinal hemorrhage and other diseases;
9. Infants with normal clinical physical examination.

排除标准：

(1) ABO溶血或RH溶血者；
(2) 先天性畸形者；
(3) 严重窒息、感染者；
(4) G6PD缺乏者；
(5) 合并其他疾病者；
(6) 其他不符合纳入标准者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. ABO hemolysis or Rh hemolysis objects;
2. The object of congenital malformation;
3. Objects with severe asphyxia and infection;
4. Objects lacking G6PD;
5. Objects with other diseases;
6. Other objects that do not meet the inclusion criteria.
