研究目的：

口腔临床诊疗操作中会产生大量气溶胶，目前对有害气溶胶的防护尚显不足。通过此种新型防疫面罩的应用，我们推测其不仅能够在医患之间形成有效屏障，直接阻挡高速手机、超声波洁牙机等喷溅出的水汽，而且能够有效阻挡吸附减少扩散到诊室中的气溶胶。不光如此，新型防疫面罩还将具有病人使用的舒适性以及医师操作的舒适便利性。 这是一项随机对照试验。本次试验研究目的既是通过洁牙前中后诊室环境中细菌菌落数量对比，研究应用新型防疫面罩是否可以减少口腔操作中、后的诊室空气中的细菌数量，是否能够减轻口腔诊室操作后的空气污染，以探究新型防疫面罩的安全性与有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

A large number of gasoloid will be produced during the clinical treatment of oral cavity. While the protection against gasoloid is insufficient. This is a randomized controlled trial. One purpose of this study is to explore whether the application of the new equipment can reduce the amount of bacteria in the air of the clinic after and during the oral operation ; whether it can reduce the air pollution after clinical treatment by comparing the number of bacterial colonies in the environment of the clinic before, middle and rear ultrasonic tooth cleaning. Another aim of this trial is to research the safety and effectiveness of new anti-epidemic facemask.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 口腔卫生状况较差，临床诊断为慢性牙周炎患者；
2. 年龄为20-50岁；
3. 能够耐受较长时间牙周洁治治疗操作，配合医务人员工作者；
4. 具有自主行为能力的成年人，能够完成对治疗舒适度的问卷调查者；
5. 获得患者知情同意并签署书面知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with poor oral hygiene and clinically diagnosed as chronic periodontitis;
2. Patients aged 20-50 years;
3. Patients who can tolerate long-term periodontal scaling treatment and cooperate with medical staff;
4. Adults with autonomous behavior ability, patients who can complete the questionnaire survey of treatment comfort;
5. Patients who have informed consent and are willing to sign written informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 有严重全身系统性疾病，如高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、血液疾病等；
2. 孕妇及不能耐受牙周洁治治疗的老年人；
3. 口腔急性疾病患者，如急性牙髓炎、急性根尖周炎、智牙冠周炎等；
4. 对新型防护面罩相关材料过敏者；
5. 开口过小，无法满足医师口内操作便利性要求者；
6. 有幽闭恐惧症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe systemic systemic diseases, such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, blood diseases, etc.
2. Pregnant women and the elderly who can not tolerate ultrasonic tooth cleaning;
3. Patients with acute oral diseases, such as acute pulpitis, acute periapical periodontitis, and wisdom periodontitis;
4. Patients who Allergic to new anti-epidemic face mask material;
5. Patients who can not satisfy the doctor inside the mouth operation;
6.Patients who suffer from claustrophobic
