研究目的：

对严重烧伤病人进行同种异体角膜缘上皮细胞移植联合二期穿透性角膜移植术的疗效观察。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical outcomes of a two-step surgery strategy including allogenic cultured limbal epithelial transplantation (ACLET) with a subsequent penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) for treating severe chemical ocular injuries.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

培养异体角膜缘上皮细胞移植术入选标准：双眼化学伤引起的全周角膜缘干细胞失代偿，损伤后6个月眼表稳定，能遵医嘱进行用药和手术；眼睑正常，泪液分泌试验大于5mm。穿透性角膜移植术入选标准：异体上皮细胞移植术后6个月左右进行，眼表稳定没有角膜缘干细胞失代偿复发迹象；最佳矫正视力低于0.1，全层角膜基质混浊、瘢痕或者水肿；主管意愿提高视力。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for ALCET:bilateral total LSCD secondary to chemical burns;≥6 months after injury with stable ocular surface;abided by medications as instructed;with regular eyelids, Schirmer test score more than 5mm.
Inclusion criteria for PKP:performed approximately 6 months after ALCET;Ocular surface in homeostasis without signs of recurrent LSCD;best corrected visual acuity less than 20/200;with full-layer corneal stromal opacification, scars, or swelling ;subjective intention of vision improvement.

排除标准：

患者有使用激素或者免疫抑制剂的全身禁忌症，做过其他角膜缘细胞移植手术包括培养的同种异体上皮细胞移植术或者培养自体口腔粘膜细胞移植术的，或者做过其他眼内手术包括白内障手术、抗青光眼手术等

Exclusion criteria：

With severe systemic disease(s) or had contraindications of steroids and immunosuppressants;previous limbal tissue transplantation, ACLET or COMET, or had other intraocular surgeries, like cataract extraction, or anti-glaucoma surgery etc.
