研究目的：

应用置管溶栓与（或）机械血栓清除的方法，治疗急性中央型或混合型下肢DVT患者，清除静脉内血栓，改善症状，降低VTE相关死亡率，避免PTS的发生，提高患者生活质量。同时减轻患者个人经济负担和国家医 保支出负担。 本项目拟培养硕士人才2名。拟发表中文核心期刊论文2篇，SCI论文1篇，拟申请实用新型专利1项。同时，拟根据研究结论，初步制定《急性下肢深静脉血栓的手术治疗指导》。  

Objectives of Study：

Thrombolytic catheterization and/or mechanical thrombolysis were used to treat patients with acute central or mixed lower limb DVT, to remove venous thrombus, improve symptoms, reduce VTE related mortality, avoid the occurrence of PTS, and improve the quality of life of patients. At the same time, the individual financial burden of patients and the burden of national medical insurance expenses should be reduced. This project plans to train 2 masters talents. I plan to publish 2 papers in Chinese core journals, 1 SCI paper and 1 utility model patent. At the same time, according to the conclusion of the study, it is proposed to preliminarily formulate the guidance for the surgical treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经血管超声或顺行造影明确诊断中央型或混合型 下肢DVT；
②年龄18~85岁；
③首次发病；
④急性期患者（病程时间≤2周）；
⑤排除抗凝溶栓禁忌症及手术禁忌症 ；
⑥入选患者签署抗凝溶栓及手术知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. definite diagnosis of central or mixed DVT by vascular ultrasound or anterograde angiography;
2. Aged 18-85 years old;
3. The first attack;
4. patients in the acute phase (duration <=2 weeks);
5. exclusion of anticoagulant thrombolytic contraindications and surgical contraindications;
6. The enrolled patients signed the informed consent for anticoagulation thrombolysis and operation.

排除标准：

①有抗凝药、溶栓药或造影剂过敏者；
②重度肾功能不全者；
③合并其他疾病需长期服用激素患者；
④预期寿命＜2年；
⑤出院后无法遵嘱抗凝治疗，＜6个月。

Exclusion criteria：

1. have anticoagulants, thrombolytic drugs or contrast agent allergy;
2. severe renal insufficiency;
3. patients with other diseases who need to take hormones for a long time;
4. life expectancy < 2 years; After discharge from the hospital, anticoagulant treatment could not be followed, < 6 months.
