研究目的：

本研究通过观察恶性肿瘤小儿术中异体输血后相关蛋白及Tregs数量和功能的变化，初步分析异体输血影响恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的具体机制，从而为减少输血相关免疫不良反应，提高肿瘤病人输血安全性提供新的思路与策略。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the number and function of related proteins and Tregs after allogeneic blood transfusion in children with intracranial tumor were observed, and the mechanism of allogeneic blood transfusion affecting the immune function of patients with malignant tumor was preliminarily analyzed, so as to provide new ideas and strategies for reducing the adverse reactions of transfusion related immune and improving the safety of blood transfusion of tumor patients.

纳入标准：

研究对象：择期在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心行颅内或纵膈肿瘤手术的儿童，性别不限，纳入标准：年龄<16岁；

Inclusion criteria

Children who choose to undergo intracranial or mediastinaltumor surgery in Guangzhou Women's and children's Medical Center, regardless of gender. Inclusion criteria: aged < 16 years.

排除标准：

出血倾向、严重肝脏疾病、免疫抑制疾病、化疗或长期接受皮质类固醇治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Known severe liver disease, known bleeding diathesis, immunosuppressive disease, chemotherapy or long-term corticosteroid treatment.
