研究目的：

旨在评估急性高强度间歇训练对甲基苯丙胺成瘾者认知方面的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to evaluate the cognitive effects of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on methamphetamine(MA) dependents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18—40周岁；
2）符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》药物依赖诊断标准；
3）剩余戒断时间满1年以上；
4）无严重的医学和精神疾病者；
5）文化程度小学及以上；
6）自愿参与本研究的强制戒毒治疗人员。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects aged 18-40 years;
2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of drug dependence in Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorders;
3. Subjects whose remaining abstinence time is more than 1 year;
4. Patients without serious medical and mental diseases;
5. Patients with primary school education or above;
6. Those who voluntarily participated in the compulsory drug treatment of this study.

排除标准：

1）以往参加高强度间歇训练。
2）其他可能干扰研究方案实施的疾病，如心肺疾病、肝脏和肾脏疾病、肌肉骨骼功能障碍或癌症。
3）反社会性人格障碍和边缘性人格障碍；
4）严重的认知、视觉或听觉障碍。
5）服用药物不稳定患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects who participated in high intensity interval training in the past.
2. Patients with other diseases that may interfere with the implementation of the protocol, such as cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney disease, musculoskeletal dysfunction or cancer.
3. Patients with antisocial personality disorder and borderline personality disorder;
4. Patients with severe cognitive, visual or auditory impairment.
5. Patients with unstable medication.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

具体方法在统计学软件SPSS22.0上完成，分别将上海市青东强制戒毒所和高境强制戒毒所纳入实验的戒毒人员进行排序，各所受试的年龄由低到高进行排序。然后该软件中选择“数据（DATA）”， 选择“选择样本（Select Cases）”，再选择“随机所选择的样本（ Random sample of cases）”，在选项中确定“120个样本中选取60例样本（exactly 60 from the first 120 cases）”。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

SPSS 22.0 is applied to sort accord to the participants' age from the Compulsory Detoxification and Rehabilitation Centers (CDRC) randomly. We select the function of DATA, Select Cases to rendom sample of cases. The cases are 60 randomized from 120 cases in each CDRC.

数据采集均由本项目组成员采集。数据采集后只有本项目组研究人员才能接触到，除非法律另有要求。所有纸质记录都保存在一个带有两道加锁门和或抽屉的地方。只有研究人员才可以打开这些锁。
