研究目的：

良好的肠道准备是高质量结肠镜检查的前提。口服聚乙二醇是目前常用的肠道准备方法，具有较好的清洁作用。但是由于病人需要服用大量的液体量，临床的耐受性及依从性较差。复方匹克硫酸钠颗粒（彼利使）为渗透性缓泻剂和促进肠蠕动药物的复合制剂，具有较好的肠道清洁作用及患者依从性，但国内尚缺乏系统性研究。本研究采用单中心、前瞻性、随机、单盲、自身对照的研究方法，以口服聚乙二醇为对照，通过肠道清洁度、结肠镜检查时间、结肠息肉检出、患者主观评价及不良事件等指标，评价复方匹克硫酸钠颗粒（彼利使）在肠道准备中的优势，为临床提供给一个安全、有效、依从性高的肠道准备方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Bowel preparation is critical for colonic endoscope. Now the PEG is widely used in clinical work. Anyway, since the large liquid volume it might cause nausea and vomit while the procedure, leading to the poor tolerance and obedience. Sodium picosulfate is a novel medication for bowel preparation and its mechanism includes both osmotically diarrhea and improvement of bowel movement. Due to the less volume and better taste the tolerance is better, but in China it still lack systemically analysis. Our study compared PEG with Sodium picosulfate by a randomly, single blind method in a single medical center, using self control method, in order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Sodium picosulfate. We use bowel preparation score, colonoscopy insertion time, numbers of polyps detection as well as the feeling of patients during the preparation. This study might provide a safe and effective and highly compliant procedure for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

复方匹克硫酸钠颗粒是由匹克硫酸钠和枸橼酸镁组成的复方制剂，是已用于临床的肠道准备药物，其适应症为结肠镜、X线检查及外科手术前清洁肠道。口服该药后，匹克硫酸钠直接作用于结肠粘膜、刺激肠蠕动，同时枸橼酸镁具有导泻效果，因此该药具有双效泻药的作用 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Sodium picosulfate is a compound preparation of sodium picosate and magnesium citrate. It has been used for bowel preparation before colonoscope, barium enema and surgical operation. After oral administration of the drug, sodium picosate acts directly on colon mucosa, stimulates intestinal peristalsis, and magnesium citrate has laxative effect, so the drug has double effect cathartic effect by different machanisms. 

纳入标准：

（1）经结肠镜检查诊断为结直肠息肉，入院拟接受结肠镜下息肉电切
（2）年龄18-75岁
（3）前次肠镜在我院完成
（4）前一次肠道准备使用聚乙二醇电解质散剂进行

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patients were diagnosed as colorectal polyp by colonoscopy, and prepared to receive endoscopic polypectomy
(2) Age 18-75
(3) The previous colonoscope was performed in our hospital
(4) Used PEG for the previous bowel preparation

排除标准：

（1）结肠外科手术史
（2）前期影像学或结肠镜发现结肠巨大占位性病变、有不全肠梗阻症状、可能影响清肠效果者
（3）结肠弥漫性病变，如IBD、缺血、感染、息肉病（息肉数量>100枚）等可能影响清肠效果者
（4）入院后发现存在结肠镜检查禁忌者
（5）不同意入组或因其他原因不能签署知情同意书者
（6）其他研究者认为不适合入组者
（7）FAP等结肠息肉数量过多，不利于评价息肉检出率
终止：
（1）未能完成全结肠镜检查者（指未能到达回盲部）
（2）肠道准备时发生严重呕吐、腹痛、无法耐受，导致清肠失败者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Post colorectal operation state
(2) Other examination indicates mass or obstruction which might disturb bowel preparation
(3) Diffuse lesions of the colon such as IBD, Ischemic colitis, infection, FAP, et al
(4) Contraindications for colonoscope
(5) Those who do not agree to join in the trial, or fail to sign the informed consent
(6) Other reasons that were unsuitable for this trial evaluated by researchers
(7) FAP or polyps are too many to evaluate the detection rate of polyps
Termination criteria
(1) Failure to complete the colonoscope
(2) Failure for bowel preparation due to vomit, abdominal pain or intolerance
