研究目的：

本项目拟采用随机入组的方式，以现在普遍应用的常规手术室为对照，研究考察通仓交融手术室进行临床应用的可行性和可靠度。本项目设计为一项前瞻性单臂研究，随机入选通仓交融手术室进行胸腔镜外科手术患者930例，并进行随访。对照组为我院常规手术室2017年-2020年随机抽取的930例胸腔镜外科手术患者，通过病程记录和随访，比较通仓交融手术室和常规手术室进行胸腔镜外科手术的患者在术后感染率、单个患者手术平均所需要胸外科医生和麻醉医师数目、单次手术费时、手术周转率、住院总时间，出院后预后情况等终点指标的差异，从而对通仓交融手术室是否优于常规手术室的进行临床评估。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to adopt a random enrollment method, using the conventional operating room as a control, to study the feasibility and reliability of the clinical application of the barn integrated operating room. This project is designed as a prospective single-arm study. 930 patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery were randomly selected in the barn integrated operating room and followed up. The control group consisted of 930 patients undergoing thoracic surgery randomly selected from the routine operating room in our hospital from 2017 to 2020. Through the course of records and follow-up, the patients undergoing thoracic surgery in the barn integrated operating room and the conventional operating room were compared after surgery. The evaluation index include infection rate, the average number of thoracic surgeons and anesthesiologists required for a single patient operation, the time required for a single operation, the turnover rate of the operation, the total hospital stay, the prognosis after operation.

纳入标准：

1）受试者对本研究的要求和风险充分理解，并签署知情同意书；
2）符合胸腔镜手术指征。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who fully understand the requirements and risks of this study and sign the informed consent;
2. Patients with indications for thoracoscopic surgery.

排除标准：

1）术前评估已有肺部感染且细菌培养阳性；
2）合并结核感染；
3）入组前病史资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative evaluation of patients with pulmonary infection and positive bacterial culture;
2. Patients with tuberculosis infection;
3. Patients with incomplete medical history before admission.
