研究目的：

1.建立完善的宫颈病变及生殖道人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染患者的专病数据库和样本库。 建立高危HPV感染及不同程度的宫颈病变患者接受随访或接受药物、激光、光动力和LEEP术等不同治疗方法的队列，研究影响宫颈癌前病变转归以及HPV感染因素及可能机制，探索判断不同治疗方法的预后评估手段，并从调节阴道微生物组成的角度寻求宫颈HPV感染及宫颈病变的治疗新途径。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a perfect database and sample bank for patients with cervical lesions and reproductive human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. To establish a cohort of patients with high-risk HPV infection and different degrees of cervical lesions receiving follow-up or different treatment methods, such as drug, laser, photodynamic and LEEP surgery, to study the outcome of cervical precancerous lesions and HPV infection factors and possible mechanisms, to explore the prognostic evaluation of different treatment methods, and to seek new ways to treat cervical HPV infection and cervical lesions from the perspective of regulating vaginal microbial composition.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 女性，21-65周岁，有性生活史；
(2) 宫颈HPV检测提示高危HPV阳性或已病理确诊宫颈病变；
(3) 自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Female, 21-65 years old, with sexual life history;
2. Patients with high-risk HPV positive or pathologically confirmed cervical lesions were detected by cervical HPV test;
3. Patients who voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

(1) 患有严重的心脑血管、神经、精神、内分泌、肝功能、造血系统疾病者；
(2) 已知免疫功能严重低下，或需长期使用糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂者；
(3) 恶性肿瘤患者；
(4) 妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
(5) 全子宫切除患者
(6) 初次就诊时2周内阴道内使用药物治疗或口服抗生素患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, neurological, mental, endocrine, liver function, hematopoietic system diseases;
2. Patients with known severe hypoimmunity or long-term use of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants;
3. Patients with malignant tumors;
4. Pregnant and lactating women;
5. Patients with total hysterectomy;
6. Patients treated with drugs or oral antibiotics in vagina within 2 weeks at the first visit.
