研究目的：

1. 探讨萝卜硫素辅助治疗精神分裂症的安全性； 2. 研究萝卜硫素辅助治疗精神分裂症对阴性症状和认知功能的改善作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the safety of sulforaphane in the adjuvant treatment of schizophrenia; 2. Study on the improvement of sulforaphane in adjuvant treatment of schizophrenia on negative symptoms and cognitive function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合美国精神疾病诊断标准（DSM-IV）“精神分裂症”诊断标准；
2. 病程大于5年以上，并且长期服用抗精神病药；
3. 汉族，18-80岁；
4. 小学以上文化程度；
5. 排除器质性疾病所致精神障碍、药物或酒精所致精神障碍及其他精神疾病患者，严重自杀企图者；
6. 右利手；
7. 患者及家属对本试验知情，并同意参与，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the US Diagnostic Standards for Mental Illness (DSM-IV) diagnostic criteria for "schizophrenia";
2. course of disease is more than 5 years, and long-term use of antipsychotic drugs;
3. Han nationality, 18-80 years old;
4. Education level above primary school;
5. Exclude patients with mental disorders caused by organic diseases, mental disorders caused by drugs or alcohol, and other mental illnesses, and those who attempt serious suicide;
6. Right-handed;
7. Patients and family members were informed about this experiment, and agreed to participate, and signed informed.

排除标准：

1. 有物质依赖病史，或精神病性症状由其他精神疾病引起；
2. 有脑外伤、癫痫或其他脑器质性疾病；
3. 有明显自杀企图或行为；
4. 正在接受抗抑郁药、情感稳定剂的患者，6个月内使用或者目前发作需要使用电休克治疗患者；
5. 实验室检查显示有肝肾功能损害或其他严重躯体疾病及代谢障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1, Have a history of substance dependence, or psychotic symptoms caused by other mental illness;
2. Have traumatic brain injury, epilepsy or other cerebral organic diseases;
3. An apparent suicide attempt or behavior;
4. Patients who are receiving antidepressants, emotional stabilizers, use within 6 months or need to be treated with electric shock if they have an onset;
5. Laboratory examination shows liver and kidney function damage or other serious physical diseases and metabolic disorders.
