研究目的：

本研究回顾性纳入超声、CT及最新的Siemens 3T 磁共振，包括磁共振形态结构成像、电影成像、T2压脂序列、水脂分离序列、LGE序列等技术，能够检测心肌组织学病变、代谢和血流动力学改变，分析老年心瓣膜病结构特征与心功能心脏超声、DSCT及MRI影像相关性，为不同瓣膜病治疗方法的选择提供依据，同时探索不同影像技术对瓣膜病变进展的重要预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study included ultrasound, CT and the latest Siemens 3T Magnetic resonance, including MRI morphological and structural imaging, cine imaging, T2 lipid compression sequence, water lipid separation sequence, LGE sequence and other technologies, can detect myocardial histological changes, metabolism and hemodynamic changes, analyze the correlation between structural characteristics of elderly heart valve disease and cardiac function echocardiography, DSCT and MRI images, provide basis for the selection of different treatment methods of valve disease, and explore at the same time The important predictive value of different imaging techniques for the development of valve diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）临床诊断为心脏瓣膜病患者；年龄≥65岁；
（2）至少行心脏彩超、心脏CT及心脏磁共振检查中一项。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of valvular heart disease, aged >= 65 years;
2. At least one of the color Doppler ultrasound, CT and MRI examination should be performed.

排除标准：

（1）图像质量欠佳；
（2）临床资料不完善。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor image quality;
2. The clinical data are not perfect.
