研究目的:

1. 比较正常女性和PCOS患者的阴道分泌物以及唾液、粪便、尿液等消化道菌群差异性,血液、粪便、尿液的代谢组差异性,关联代谢组与菌群测序结果,找出关键菌与代谢物; 2. 探明各类酸奶乳品对PCOS患者致病菌和代谢通路的影响; 3. 明晰各类酸奶乳品是否可以缓解PCOS患者病症,改善其妊娠结局。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Compare the vaginal secretions of normal women and PCOS patients, as well as saliva, feces, urine and other digestive pathway flora differences, blood, feces, urine and other digestive groups differences, associated metabolic groups and microflora sequencing results, to find out the key bacteria and metabolites; 2. To find out the effects of various types of yogurt dairy products on pathogenic bacteria and metabolic pathways in PCOS patients; 3. Clarify whether all types of yogurt dairy can alleviate the condition of PCOS patients and improve their pregnancy outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

在排除其他高雄激素血症和(或)排卵功能障碍(库欣综合征,21-羟化酶缺乏症,甲状腺疾病,雄激素分泌性肿瘤,先天性肾上腺增生和高催乳素血症)的病因后,对PCOS进行诊断。PCOS的诊断标准:根据2003年鹿特丹标准,至少满足以下标准中的两项:
(1)稀发排卵/无排卵;
(2)有高雄激素的临床表现和(或)高雄激素生化指标;
(3)卵巢多囊改变:超声提示一侧或者双侧卵巢有≥12个直径为2~9mm的卵泡,和(或)卵巢体积≥10ml。所有PCOS患者均为首次就诊患者,未接受过PCOS相关治疗。对照组来自因丈夫精子问题,选择做IVF的月经周期规律、卵巢形态和激素水平均正常的女性。

Inclusion criteria

PCOS was diagnosed after other causes of anderothhormoneemia and/or ovulation dysfunction (Cushing syndrome, 21-hydroxylase deficiency, thyroid disease, androgen secretion tumors, congenital adrenal hyperplasia and hyperlactinemia). Diagnostic criteria for PCOS: According to the Rotterdam 2003 standard, at least two of the following criteria are met:
(1) thin ovulation/no ovulation;
(2) clinical manifestations of androthal hormones and/or hyperpositive hormone biochemical indicators;
(3) ovarian polycystic changes: ultrasound suggests that one or both ovaries have a diameter of more than 2 to 12 9mm follicle, and/or ovary volume of 10 ml. All PCOS patients were first-time patients and did not receive PCOS-related treatment.The control group came from women who chose to do IVF for normal menstrual cycle, ovarian morphology and hormone water due to her husband's sperm problems.

排除标准:

排除在过去一年内母乳喂养或怀孕或在过去3个月内服用过药物的妇女。近1个月服用抗生素、益生菌或益生元、规律吸烟、饮酒、精神类疾病不能正确回答问题或不愿进行问卷调查者不纳入本研究;减肥手术史;不能依从膳食推荐;乳糖不耐受;牛奶蛋白过敏。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclude women who have been breastfed or pregnant in the past year or who have taken medication in the past 3 months. Those who took antibiotics, probiotics or probiotics in the last 1 month, smoking regularly, drinking alcohol, and mental illness estonic diseases were not included in the study.
