研究目的：

主要研究目的： 获得联合性小梁切开术（Combined Trabeculotomy, CT）和单纯性小梁切开术（Simple Trabeculotomy, ST）对于复合型巩膜表层血管异常的低龄Sturge-Weber综合征（Sturge-Weber syndrome, SWS）患者的中长期疗效与安全性。 次要研究目的： 为血管因素参与低龄患者SWS继发性青光眼的发病机制提供间接证据，获得SWS患者巩膜表层血管畸形的数字化影像并进行计算机测量和分型，优化现有分型。  

Objectives of Study：

The main research objectives: Obtained Combined Trabeculotomy (CT) and Simple Trabeculotomy (ST) for Sturge-Weber syndrome (SWS) in patients with complex scleral surface vascular abnormalities Patients' long-term efficacy and safety. Secondary research objectives: Provide indirect evidence for the involvement of vascular factors in the pathogenesis of SWS secondary glaucoma in young patients, obtain digital images of scleral surface vascular malformations in SWS patients and perform computer measurement and typing to optimize the existing typing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄小于4岁；
2）需满足SWS继发性青光眼的诊断，诊断标准如下（存在患侧颜面部葡萄酒色斑的前提下仍应至少满足以下两点）：①患眼眼压＞21 mmHg或患眼眼压较对侧升高＞6 mmHg；②患眼杯盘比＞0.5或患眼杯盘比较对侧增大＞0.2；③患眼角膜直径增大：出生时＞11 mm，12月龄内＞12 mm，任何年龄＞13 mm；④患眼角膜水肿或存在后弹力层断裂。
3）患者巩膜表层血管分布类型为“复合型巩膜表层血管网络”。

Inclusion criteria

1. Younger than 4 years old;
2. The diagnosis of secondary glaucoma in SWS must be met. The diagnostic criteria are as follows (at least the following two points should be met on the premise of the presence of wine stains on the affected face and face):
(1) IOP of the affected eye> 21 mmHg Contralateral elevation > 6 mmHg;
(2) cup-disk ratio of the affected eye> 0.5 or cup-disk ratio of the affected eye increased> 0.2;
(3) corneal diameter of the affected eye:> 11 mm at birth,> 12 mm within 12 months of age Any age> 13 mm;
(4) suffering from corneal edema or rupture of the elastic layer.
3. The type of scleral surface vessels is "composite scleral surface vessels network".

排除标准：

1）患眼病情高度怀疑为原发性先天性青光眼、A-R综合征或Peter异常等其他原因引起的青光眼；
2）存在眼部其他疾病或先天性异常，如先天性白内障、早产儿视网膜病变、原始玻璃体增生综合征、外层渗出性视网膜病变、先天性无虹膜、白化病、视网膜母细胞瘤等；
3）有内眼手术史、外伤史；
4）拒绝签署知情同意书；
5）不能完成2年随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The eye condition is highly suspected to be glaucoma caused by other causes such as primary congenital glaucoma, A-R syndrome or Peter's abnormality;
2. Other eye diseases or congenital abnormalities, such as congenital cataract, retinopathy of prematurity, primitive vitreous hyperplasia syndrome, outer exudative retinopathy, congenital no iris, albinism, retinoblastoma, etc
3. History of internal eye surgery and trauma;
4. Refusing to sign informed consent;
5. Those who cannot complete the 2-year follow-up.
