研究目的：

通过筛选并建立成人sHLH疾病预后的预测指标及预测模型，探究患者病程中临床检测指标在评估sHLH患者的近期及远期预后生存中的应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

By screening and establishing prognostic indicators and predictive models of adult sHLH disease prognosis, the application value of clinical detection indicators in the course of patients' disease in evaluating the short-term and long-term prognostic survival of sHLH patients is explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

同时满足以下三条： 1）诊断符合HLH-2004诊断标准者； 2）男女均可，年龄在16周岁以上；

Inclusion criteria

At the same time, the following three conditions are met: 1. Patients with hlh-2004 were diagnosed; 2. Both male and female, patients over the age of 16 years

排除标准：

HScore＜90分；年龄＜16岁；在目前已知的HLH相关致病基因，如PRFl、UNCl3D、STXll、STXBP2、Rab27a、LYST、SH2D1A、BIRC4、ITK、AP381、MAGTl、CD27等发现病理性突变。

Exclusion criteria：

HScore <90 points; age <16 years old;Pathological mutations were found in currently known HLH-related pathogenic genes, such as PRFl, UNCl3D, STXll, STXBP2, Rab27a, LYST, SH2D1A, BIRC4, ITK, AP381, MAGTl, CD27, etc.
