研究目的：

本研究将围绕“神经调控—神经生理—行为功能”这一主线，通过一项严格设计的随机对照试验，系统性地探讨不同频率rTMS对脑卒中患者上肢功能的影响及其背后的皮质肌肉耦合机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will focus on the main line of "neuroregulation-neurophysiology-behavioral function" and systematically explore the impact of different frequencies of rTMS on the upper limb function of stroke patients and the cortical muscle coupling mechanism behind it through a strictly designed randomized controlled trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 通过CT或MRI确诊为中风，并伴有上肢运动功能障碍； 2. 中风发作时间超过半个月； 3. 无明显的视觉或听觉障碍； 4. 能自主完成肘关节在一定范围内的屈伸动作； 5. 中风前双上肢无其他运动功能障碍； 6. 自愿配合实验。

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed as stroke by CT or MRI, accompanied by upper limb motor dysfunction; 2. The stroke attack lasts for more than a month; 3. No obvious visual or auditory disorders; 4. Able to independently complete the flexion and extension of the elbow joint within a certain range; 5. There is no other motor dysfunction of both upper limbs before the stroke; 6. Voluntarily cooperate with the experiment.

排除标准：

1.存在经颅磁禁忌证：有癫痫发作或家族癫痫史者，有严重心脏病或其它内科疾病者，有出血倾向者，局部有开放性创口、感染者； 2.有重度抑郁症、躁狂症等精神疾病者； 3.有严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全等并发症者； 4.孕妇、儿童

Exclusion criteria：

1 There are transcranial magnetic contraindications: those with seizures or a history of family epilepsy, those with severe heart disease or other internal diseases, those with bleeding tendency, local open wounds and infected people; 2 Those with severe depression, mania and other mental diseases; 3 those with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney failure and other complications; 4 pregnant women, children

Using a special fake stimulation coil, its appearance, operation sound, vibration sensation and coolant flow sound are exactly the same as the real coil, but the magnetic field intensity decays by more than 95% and cannot effectively penetrate the skull. The coil placement and parameter settings are the same as the high-frequency group or low-frequency group (matched according to random results) to ensure the validity of the blind method.

Random sequence generator: an independent statistical professional who does not participate in any link of this study (including patient recruitment, evaluation, intervention and data statistics) is responsible for generating random sequences. 2. Generation tools and methods: Use SPSS statistical software to set the region group length to 6, and generate a random distribution sequence of high-frequency rTMS group, low-frequency rTMS group and false stimulation group in a ratio of 1:1:1.
