在肿瘤综合治疗的背景下，本研究拟从日常生活方式与社会互动因素出发，系统评估这些非医学干预因素对患者心理适应、康复依从性及长期预后的综合作用。具体研究目的如下： 1.行为层面：描述并分析肿瘤患者在确诊后对既往生活习惯（如吸烟、饮酒、饮食偏好、手机使用）的延续或改变规律。 2.信息层面：探讨现代信息环境（互联网、社交媒体、AI工具）对患者心理状态、依从性与医患关系的双重影响。 3.人际层面：评估病友交流、家庭陪护模式对患者心理韧性和康复过程的作用。 4.文化层面：考察地域性文化生活方式，本研究拟采用四川的火锅饮食、麻将娱乐作为饮食和娱乐项目的研究切入点，探讨其为患者带来的身体负担与心理愉悦之间的平衡点以及其对康复依从性和社会支持的贡献。  

Objectives of Study：

In the context of comprehensive cancer treatment, this study aims to systematically evaluate the combined effects of non-medical intervention factors, including lifestyle and social interaction, on patients' psychological adaptation, rehabilitation adherence, and long-term prognosis. Specific research objectives are as follows: 1. Behavioral Level: To describe and analyze the patterns of continuation or alteration of pre-existing lifestyle habits (such as smoking, alcohol consumption, dietary preferences, and mobile phone use) after cancer diagnosis. 2. Information Level: To explore the dual impact of the modern information environment (Internet, social media, AI tools) on patients' psychological state, adherence, and doctor-patient relationships. 3. Interpersonal Level: To assess the role of peer interaction and family support models on patients' psychological resilience and the rehabilitation process. 4. Cultural Level: To examine regional cultural lifestyles. This study intends to use Sichuan hot pot and mahjong as research entry points to explore the balance between physical burden and psychological pleasure for patients, and their contribution to rehabilitation adherence and social support.

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁；
2.病理结果确诊为实体瘤或血液肿瘤；
3.正在接受手术或放疗或化疗或免疫治疗或靶向治疗；
4.具备正常的沟通能力；
5.知情同意参与本次研究者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Over 18 years old;
2.Pathological results confirmed the diagnosis as a solid tumor or hematologic malignancy;
3.Currently undergoing surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy;
4.Possess normal communication skills;
5.Informed consent was given to participants in this study;

排除标准：

1.合并严重精神障碍；
2.不能独立回答问卷；
3.病情危重患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Comorbid severe mental disorders;
2.Unable to answer questionnaires independently;
3.Critically ill patients;
