研究目的：

系统阐明交感神经–肾上腺素轴在微波消融后肿瘤复发中的分子与细胞机制，明确受体亚型及关键信号通路，探索联合治疗的新模式，为肝癌消融术后防复发及个体化治疗提供理论基础与新型策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To systematically elucidate the molecular and cellular mechanisms by which the sympathoadrenal axis drives tumor recurrence after microwave ablation, to identify the receptor subtypes and key signaling pathways involved, and to explore novel combination therapy strategies, thereby providing a theoretical basis and new strategies for recurrence prevention and individualized treatment after ablation for hepatocellular carcinoma.

纳入标准：

1. 于2018年1月-2025年6月于哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院就诊的患者； 2. 必须经病理学或临床确诊为肝癌患者； 3. 行微波消融术者； 4. 既往签署过我院《病史数据/生物标本二次利用知情同意书》； 5. 依从性好，配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who visited Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital from January 2018 to June 2025; 2. Must be patients diagnosed with liver cancer by pathology or clinical criteria; 3. Those who undergo microwave ablation; 4. Have previously signed the "Informed Consent for Secondary Use of Medical History Data/Biological Specimens" of our hospital. 5. Good compliance and cooperation with follow-up.

排除标准：

1. 无法遵守研究方案或研究程序； 2. 研究者认为不适宜入选本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to comply with the study protocol or procedures; 2. Patients who the investigator considers unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
