Objectives of Study：

Study Objectives: 1. To investigate the effects of Wanmei Aloe and Poria Capsule combined with compound probiotics on body weight and body fat percentage; 2. To evaluate the synergistic effect of combining the products with exercise intervention; 3. To assess the products' effects on eliminating dampness and reducing edema.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1. Perfect Aloe Poria Capsule Core Ingredients It is formulated with 7 ingredients and no excipients, specifically L-carnitine tartrate, dried whole-leaf aloe powder, dried tangerine peel extract, Alisma orientale extract, lotus leaf extract, Poria cocos extract, and oolong tea extract. Functions of Each Ingredient L-carnitine tartrate: Acts as a carrier to transport long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria, enhances fat oxidation efficiency, and boosts fat energy supply during exercise. Dried whole-leaf aloe powder: Contains aloin and anthraquinones, which stimulate intestinal peristalsis to promote bowel movements and diuresis. Dried tangerine peel extract: Regulates qi, strengthens the spleen, dries dampness and resolves phlegm. It modulates intestinal flora imbalance caused by a high-fat diet and exerts antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 65 years, inclusive. 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 24-28 kg/m2 or greater than 28 kg/m2. 3. Voluntary participation and provision of signed informed consent. 4. Ability and willingness to comply with the entire study procedure..

排除标准：

1.患有严重的心、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病。 2.患有内分泌疾病、恶性肿瘤等影响体重的疾病。 3.正在食用可能影响体重与受试功能有关的药物、保健药物等，影响到结果的判断者。 4.有精神疾病史，无法配合研究。 5.近3个月内参加过其他类似的临床试验。 6.未按规定食用受试样品，或资料不全，影响功效或安全性判断者。 7.近一个月使用过抗生素者排除。 8.育龄期女性备孕/妊娠者排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from severe diseases of vital organs including the heart, liver, kidney and other important organs. 2. Diagnosed with endocrine disorders, malignant tumors or other diseases that affect body weight. 3. Subjects taking medicines, health supplements or other products that may interfere with body weight and test indicators, which would interfere with outcome evaluation. 4. With a history of mental illness and unable to cooperate with the study procedures. 5. Having participated in other similar clinical trials within the past 3 months. 6. Failure to consume the test sample as required, or incomplete data that hinders efficacy or safety assessment. 7. Use of antibiotics within the previous one month. 8.
