研究目的：

探讨SAP患者坏死组织清除术后感染复发的风险因素，构建并验证一个列线图预测模型，为临床提供个性化风险评估工具。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine risk indicators for infection relapse after necrotic tissue debridement in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), and to construct and validate a nomogram prediction model to provide a personalized risk assessment tool for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合《中国急性胰腺炎诊治指南（2021年）》中SAP诊断标准； 2. 进行胰腺坏死组织清创术； 3. 术前感染经治疗后临床得到控制，符合观察术后感染复发的条件； 4. 有完整的临床资料和手术记录； 5. 术后至少3个月的随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for SAP as outlined in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis (2021)"; 2. Underwent pancreatic necrosectomy; 3. Preoperative infection was clinically controlled after treatment, meeting the conditions for observing postoperative infection recurrence; 4. Possess complete clinical data and surgical records; 5. Postoperative follow-up of at least 3 months.

排除标准：

1. 腹部弥漫性感染或感染性并发症需要术前急诊手术； 2. 免疫缺陷性疾病或长期使用免疫抑制剂； 3. 恶性肿瘤； 4. 手术期间或术后48小时内死亡。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diffuse abdominal infection or infectious complications requiring emergency preoperative surgery; 2. Immunodeficiency diseases or long-term use of immunosuppressants; 3. Malignant tumors; 4. Death during surgery or within 48 hours postoperatively.
