研究目的：

本研究旨在通过由p755 nm、p532 nm、Q755 nm、Q532 nm激光组成的初始多重激光联合治疗策略，筛选最优激光用于后续治疗，评估其在咖啡牛奶斑中的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to screen out the optimal laser for subsequent treatment through an initial combined multi-laser strategy consisting of p755 nm, p532 nm, Q755 nm and Q532 nm lasers, and to evaluate its clinical efficacy in the treatment of café-au-lait macules.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.未经治疗的牛奶咖啡斑患者；
2.年龄≥1个月；
3.在充分了解治疗方案及风险后，患者或其监护人自愿签署知情同意书，愿意接受试验并配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with untreated café-au-lait macules; 2.Aged >=1 month; 3.Patients or their guardians fully understand the treatment regimen and related risks, voluntarily sign the informed consent form, and agree to receive treatment and complete follow-up.

排除标准：

1.患者有与牛奶咖啡斑相关的其他疾病；
2.治疗部位有活动性感染、脓肿或溃疡的患者；
3.对局部麻醉药物过敏的患者；
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.正在参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with other diseases associated with café-au-lait macules;
2.Patients with active infection, abscess or ulcer at the treatment site;
3.Patients allergic to local anesthetics;
4.Pregnant or lactating women;
5.Patients participating in other clinical trials.
