研究目的：

基于Fitch理论对年轻女性乳腺癌患者类更年期综合征构建的护理方案，通过用户画像技术分层护理干预精准化改善患者类更年期综合征症状。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the Fitch theory, a nursing plan for menopausal-like syndrome in young female breast cancer patients was constructed. Through user profiling technology, stratified nursing intervention was carried out to precisely improve the symptoms of menopausal-like syndrome in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理学确诊为乳腺癌的女性； 2.年龄18-40岁； 3.既往或正在接受以化疗为基础的联合治疗方案； 4.改良 Kupperman 评分量表总积分≥15 分者； 5.自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women diagnosed with breast cancer by pathology; 2. Age between 18 and 40 years; 3. Have received or are currently receiving a combined treatment plan based on chemotherapy; 4. Total score on the Modified Kupperman Rating Scale >= 15 points; 5. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.曾接受子宫及双侧卵巢切除术者； 2.合并其他导致性激素水平异常的疾病（如肝硬化、卵巢肿瘤等）； 3.合并严重心、脑、肝、肾、造血系统等原发性疾病； 4.存在严重认知障碍或精神疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have undergone hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy; 2. Those with other diseases that cause abnormal sex hormone levels (such as liver cirrhosis, ovarian tumors, etc.); 3. Those with severe primary diseases in the heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, etc.; 4. Those with severe cognitive impairment or a history of mental illness.

将纳入的86人按照不同画像分进A、B、C三个层中，假设符合A层（高症状-高需求）符合患者为86人，通过Excel随机数字在表格中将86名患者姓名进行编号依次列出，第二列中“输入RAND（）”将86人产生随机数字，通过升序排列，将前43位患者纳入干预组，后43为患者纳入对照组,B、C层方法同上。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The 86 individuals included were divided into three layers (A, B, and C) based on different profiles. Assuming that 86 individuals met the criteria for layer A (high symptoms - high demands), the names of these 86 patients were numbered randomly in an Excel table and listed in sequence. In the second column, "INPUT RAND()" generated random numbers for the 86 individuals. By sorting in ascending order, the first 43 patients were included in the intervention group, and the last 43 patients were included in the control group. The methods for layers B and C were the same as above.
