研究目的：

本研究旨通过比较环泊酚和丙泊酚对超高龄患者全身麻醉诱导后的血流动力学变化、累计升压药剂量、术后恢复等指标的影响，探讨环泊酚对超高龄患者全身麻醉诱导后血流动力学的影响，为临床合理用药提供依据，最终改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of cyclopofol and propofol on hemodynamic changes, cumulative vasopressor dose, postoperative recovery and other indicators after general anesthesia induction in super-elderly patients, and to explore the effect of cyclopofol on hemodynamics after general anesthesia induction in super-elderly patients, so as to provide a basis for rational clinical drug use and ultimately improve the prognosis of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 签署知情同意书； 2. 拟择期行全身麻醉下手术的患者（手术部位包括胃、肠、肝、胆囊、胆管、阑尾、子宫及卵巢）； 3. 超高龄>80岁的老年患者； 4. ASA 评分 I-III 级； 5. BMI 18 ~ 30 kg/m^2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Signed informed consent; 2. Patients who are to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia (surgical sites include stomach, intestine, liver, gallbladder, bile duct, appendix, uterus and ovaries); 3. Elderly patients aged >80 years old; 4. ASA score I–III; 5. BMI 18 ~ 30 kg/m^2.

排除标准：

1. 有精神或神经系统疾病史（如脑血管疾病、癫痫、阿尔茨海默病、精神分裂症、抑郁症）； 2. 严重心、肺、肝或肾功能不全； 3. 既往3个月内使用过环泊酚或丙泊酚麻醉； 4. 本研究使用的麻醉相关药物有禁忌症； 5. 酒精和药物滥用； 6. 术前已行气管插管； 7. 中途要求退出研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of mental or neurological diseases (such as cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, depression); 2. Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic or renal insufficiency; 3. Use of cyclopofol or propofol anesthesia within the past 3 months; 4. There are contraindications to anesthesia-related drugs used in this study; 5. Alcohol and drug abuse; 6. Endotracheal intubation has been performed before surgery; 7. Request to withdraw from the study midway.

The central random system allocation is used to hide the random allocation scheme. The random assignment sequence is sealed in an opaque envelope and kept by a dedicated person before use. After the patient was included in the study and completed the preoperative assessment, a researcher who was not involved in the evaluation and treatment of the patient received the corresponding envelope from the custodian, and the patient was not assigned a group according to the envelope information.
