研究目的：

本研究聚焦食管癌术后患者康复管理，调查患者术后康复自我管理行为衰退现状及影响因素；以 IMB 模型为框架结合 VR 技术构建食管癌术后专项康复干预方案，经德尔菲专家咨询完善；通过随机对照试验评价 VR 联合 IMB 康复干预对患者康复自我管理能力、术后康复相关并发症、康复期生活质量的改善作用，建立食管癌术后标准化康复干预模式。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on rehabilitation management of patients after esophageal cancer surgery. It investigates the current status and influencing factors of the decline in postoperative rehabilitation self-management behaviors among patients. Taking the Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills (IMB) model as the theoretical framework, a special postoperative rehabilitation intervention program for esophageal cancer combined with virtual reality (VR) technology is constructed and further optimized through Delphi expert consultation. A randomized controlled trial is conducted to evaluate the improving effects of the combined VR-IMB rehabilitation intervention on patients' rehabilitation self-management ability, rehabilitation-related postoperative complications and quality of life during rehabilitation, so as to establish a standardized rehabilitation intervention model for patients after esophageal cancer surgery.

纳入标准：

1.符合手术治疗的患者，且术后病理诊断为食管癌；
2.首次接受食管手术者，预计生存周期在6个月以上；
3.此前未参加过同类研究；
4.有正常沟通交流和阅读能力；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who are suitable for surgical treatment and whose postoperative pathological diagnosis is esophageal cancer;
2.For those who undergo esophageal surgery for the first time, the expected survival period is more than 6 months.
3.Had not participated in similar studies before;
4.Has normal communication and reading abilities;

排除标准：

1.重精神障碍、认知障碍、语言障碍者；
2.并其他严重器质性疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with severe mental disorders, cognitive impairments, and language disorders;
2.And other serious organic diseases;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用纸质病例报告表（CRF）进行数据采集，内容包括人口学资料、疾病相关信息、各类量表（CDSCA、ESCA、SAS、SDS、GSES等）及生化指标。数据录入使用Epidata 3.1软件，采取双人独立录入并核对，确保数据准确性。所有纸质资料存放于上锁文件柜，电子数据设置密码保护，仅研究团队成员可访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study employed paper case report forms (CRF) for data collection, covering demographic information, disease-related data, various scales (CDSCA, ESCA, SAS, SDS, GSES, etc.) and biochemical indicators. Data entry was conducted using Epidata 3.1 software, with double independent entry and verification by two individuals to ensure data accuracy. All paper materials were stored in locked filing cabinets, and the electronic data were password-protected, accessible only to the research team members.
