研究目的:

项目聚焦40-60岁健康中年人群,以改善该人群“骨骼-肌肉-关节”系统的健康为主要目标,开展“骨骼-肌肉-关节”协同健康的营养评估;我们旨在通过本试验明确对于40-60岁健康中年人群,每日添加特定配方的复合奶粉,是否能够改善骨代谢、提升肌肉功能、降低关节退变风险,以及复合配方奶粉功效是否优于普通奶粉。试验结果将为开发适配中年人群需求的复合配方奶粉提供实证支持,同时推动健康老龄化干预关口前移。  

Objectives of Study:

The project targets healthy middle-aged people aged 40-60, with the main goal of improving the health of their "bone-muscle-joint" system. It conducts a nutritional assessment for the "bone-muscle-joint" collaborative health. Our aim is to clarify through this trial whether adding a specific formula of compound milk powder daily to healthy middle-aged people aged 40-60 can improve bone metabolism, enhance muscle function, reduce the risk of joint degeneration, and whether the efficacy of the compound formula milk powder is superior to that of ordinary milk powder. The experimental results will provide empirical support for the development of compound formula milk powder that meets the needs of middle-aged people, and at the same time promote the forward movement of the intervention threshold for healthy aging.

纳入标准:

1.年龄40~60岁,女性为绝经妇女; 2.常规体检正常; 3.过去6个月体重无明显变化; 4.体质指数(BMI)在范围为18.5-27.9 kg/m^2;

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 40-60 years, women are postmenopausal; 2.routine physical examination is normal; 3.no significant change in body weight in the past 6 months; 4.body mass index (BMI) in the range of 18.5-27.9 kg/m^2;

排除标准:

1.乳糖不耐受或奶制品过敏;
2.患有恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、消化系统疾病、肝肾功能不全等影响蛋白质和氨基酸消化吸收的疾病;
3.孕妇或乳母;
4.近三个月有手术史;
5.过量饮酒吸烟人群;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Lactose intolerance or dairy allergy;
2.Suffering from malignant tumors, diabetes, digestive system diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, or other diseases affecting protein and amino acid digestion and absorption;
3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
4.History of surgery in the past three months;
5.People who consume excessive alcohol or smoke;
