本研究目的是调查透析患者的身体意象失调现状，并分析其影响因素。以帮助医生和护士更好地支持患者。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of body image disturbance among dialysis patients and analyze its influencing factors, so as to help doctors and nurses better support patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.维持性血液透析患者且年龄≥18岁； 2.接受规律血液透析治疗3个月及以上； 3.意识清晰，具备正常的沟通与交流能力； 4.已充分了解并同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis aged 18 years or older; 2. Have received regular hemodialysis treatment for three months or more; 3. Are conscious and have normal communication and interaction abilities; 4. Have fully understood and agreed to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1. 正在服用抗焦虑或抗抑郁药物； 2. 既往有精神疾病； 3. 合并其他重要脏器损害或恶性肿瘤; 4.既往存在明确的严重躯体畸形或因非肾脏疾病导致的外观改变（如重大创伤、截肢等），可能显著影响身体意象评价者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Currently taking anti-anxiety or antidepressant medications; 2. History of mental illness; 3. Concurrent significant damage to other important organs or presence of malignant tumors; 4. History of severe physical deformities or appearance changes caused by non-renal diseases (such as major trauma, amputation, etc.), which may significantly affect body image evaluation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用问卷星平台进行问卷发放与数据收集。调查问卷设置为实名填写但设有匿名编号标识，确保数据可追溯性与参与者隐私保护并重，研究人员通过授权账户下载导出。数据导出后，采用Excel建立原始数据库，由两名研究人员分别进行数据核对，确保一致性。数据文件存储于项目负责人专用的加密计算机中，定期备份，并限制访问权限，防止数据泄露。数据清洗与分析将在SPSS统计软件中进行。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study used the Wenjuanxing platform to distribute questionnaires and collect data. The survey was set up for real-name completion but included anonymous code labels to ensure both data traceability and participant privacy protection. Researchers downloaded and exported the data through authorized accounts. After data export, Excel was used to establish an original database, which was cross-checked by two researchers to ensure consistency. Data files were stored on an encrypted computer dedicated to the project leader, with regular backups and restricted access permissions to prevent data leakage. Data cleaning and analysis will be conducted using the SPSS statistical software.
