Objectives of Study: |
By integrating multimodal ultrasound data (including microvascular imaging, 3D/4D imaging) and pathological images through an intelligent diagnostic model, the spatio-temporal feature extractor is used to capture the dynamic characteristics of the endometrium and microvessels. Combined with the meta-learning diagnostic model, it can identify endometrial lesions suitable for fertility-preserving treatment in cases with a small sample size. |

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC: |
数据采集:患者人口统计学信息(年龄、BMI、绝经状态等)、实验室数据、多模态超声影像(如二维灰阶、彩色/能量多普勒、HD Flow煊流成像等)、全视野数字化病理切片影像、对应的超声影像报告和病理报告。管理:所有患者数据均去标识化。原始数据保存至研究结束后5年,分析数据集永久保存(去标识化)。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Data collection: Patient demographic information (age, BMI, menopausal status, etc.), laboratory data, multimodal ultrasound images (such as two-dimensional gray-scale, color/energy Doppler, HD Flow imaging, etc.), full-field digital pathological section images, corresponding ultrasound image reports and pathological reports. Management: All patient data are de-identified. The original data are retained for 5 years after the end of the study, and the analysis data set is permanently preserved (de-identified). |
