研究目的：

本研究旨在研制生育力保护健康干预包，通过随机对照试验科学验证其应用有效性，进而提出针对性的生育力保护提升策略，为完善浦东新区育龄女性/夫妇的生育力保护相关服务体系提供科学依据。具体包括： 1.研制生育力保护健康干预包，并验证该干预包的有效性； 2 提高育龄女性/夫妇生育力保护知识水平； 3 提高育龄女性/夫妇生殖健康素养水平。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a health intervention package for fertility protection, scientifically verify its effectiveness through a randomized controlled trial, and further propose targeted strategies to improve fertility protection. It will provide scientific evidence for optimizing the service system of fertility protection for women and couples of childbearing age in Pudong New Area. The specific objectives are as follows: 1. To develop the health intervention package for fertility protection and evaluate its effectiveness. 2. To improve the knowledge level of fertility protection among women and couples of childbearing age. 3. To enhance the reproductive health literacy of women and couples of childbearing age.

纳入标准：

定量研究纳入标准： 1. 年龄为 18-49 周岁的育龄女性； 2. 浦东新区户籍或常住人口（居住半年及以上）； 3. 知情同意参加调查。 定性访谈居民对象纳入标准： 1. 18–49 周岁女性； 2. 浦东新区户籍或常住人口（居住半年及以上）； 3. 知情同意参加调查。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria for Quantitative Research: 1. Women of childbearing age aged 18–49 years; 2. Registered residents or permanent residents (living in Pudong New Area for six months or longer); 3. Informed consent to participate in the survey. Inclusion Criteria for Qualitative Interview Participants: 1. Women aged 18–49 years; 2. Registered residents or permanent residents (living in Pudong New Area for six months or longer); 3. Informed consent to participate in the survey.

排除标准：

定量研究排除标准： 1. 无生育能力或不具备理解能力者； 2. 因异地居住、工作调动等客观因素，预计无法完成本研究全程随访者。 定性访谈居民对象排除标准： 1. 无生育能力或不具备理解能力者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for Quantitative Research: 1. Individuals who are infertile or lack the capacity to understand; 2. Individuals who are expected to be unable to complete the full follow-up period of this study due to objective factors such as relocation or job transfer.
