研究目的：

1.比较健康组，抑郁症组，抑郁症共病代谢综合征组的睡眠特征； 2. 解析炎症因子在"抑郁症状→睡眠障碍→代谢综合征"路径中的中介效应； 3. 建立基于PSG、炎症指标的共病风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the sleep characteristics of the healthy group, the depression group, and the group with depression comorbid with metabolic syndrome;2. Analyze the mediating effect of inflammatory factors in the pathway of "depressive symptoms → sleep disorders → metabolic syndrome";3. Establish a comorbidity risk prediction model based on PSG and inflammatory indicators.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 健康对照组： （1）中国汉族居民，年龄18-65周岁，男女不限，小学以上文化程度； （2）无任何符合ICD-10或DSM-5诊断标准的精神障碍； （3）汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）评分 <= 7分，汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分 <= 14分； （4）自愿参加并签署知情同意书。 2. 单纯抑郁症组（无代谢综合征）： （1）符合ICD-10或DSM-5抑郁障碍诊断标准，且不符合DSM-IV轴I中其他诊断； （2）中国汉族居民，年龄18-65周岁，男女不限，小学以上文化程度； （3）不符合代谢综合征诊断标准（依据IDF标准）； （4）汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）评分 >= 18分； （5）自愿参加并签署知情同意书。 3. 抑郁症共病代谢综合征组： （1）符合ICD-10或DSM-5抑郁障碍诊断标准，且不符合DSM-IV轴I中其他诊断； （2）中国汉族居民，年龄18-65周岁，男女不限，小学以上文化程度； （3）符合代谢综合征诊断标准（依据IDF标准：中心性肥胖加任意两项代谢异常）； （4）汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）评分 >= 18分； （5）自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy Control Group: (1)Chinese Han ethnicity, aged 18-65 years, male or female, with at least primary school education; (2)No mental disorder meeting ICD-10 or DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; (3)Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome (according to IDF criteria); (4)Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score <= 7, Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) score <= 14; (5)Voluntary participation with signed written informed consent. 2. Depression-Only Group (without metabolic syndrome): (1)Meets ICD-10 or DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder, and does not meet criteria for any other Axis I diagnosis in DSM-IV; (2)Chinese Han ethnicity, aged 18-65 years, male or female, with at least primary school education; (3)Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome (according to IDF criteria); (4)Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score >= 18; (5)Voluntary participation with signed written informed consent. 3. Depression with Comorbid Metabolic Syndrome Group: (1)Meets ICD-10 or DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder, and does not meet criteria for any other Axis I diagnosis in DSM-IV; (2)Chinese Han ethnicity, aged 18-65 years, male or female, with at least primary school education; (3)Meets the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome (according to IDF criteria: central obesity plus any two metabolic abnormalities); (4)Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score >= 18; (5)Voluntary participation with signed written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.双相障碍/精神分裂症/物质依赖等其他精神疾病；
2.不包含代谢综合征在内的严重躯体疾病（癌症、肝功能衰竭）；
3.存在原发性睡眠呼吸暂停（AHI>15）；
4.有严重颅脑外伤史或中枢神经系统疾病;
5.妊娠或哺乳期女性;
6.近6个月接受过ECT/MECT治疗;
7.拒绝签署书面知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Other psychiatric disorders such as bipolar disorder/schizophrenia/substance dependence;
2.Severe physical diseases (e.g., cancer, liver failure) not including metabolic syndrome;
3.Presence of primary sleep apnea (AHI > 15);
4.History of severe traumatic brain injury or central nervous system diseases;
5.Pregnant or lactating women;
6.Received ECT/MECT treatment within the past 6 months;
7.Refusal to sign a written informed consent form.

Sleep electroencephalography (EEG) testing will be used to evaluate the sleep structure and microscopic characteristics of each group. Through overnight sleep EEG monitoring, macroscopic structural indicators such as sleep cycles, sleep stage distribution, sleep latency, and the duration of NREM and REM sleep in each group will be recorded. Meanwhile, EEG analysis will be adopted to assess microscopic sleep features, including the frequency, amplitude and brain region activity of sleep spindles.
