观察NMES联合常规吞咽功能训练对老年性吞咽障碍的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) combined with conventional swallowing function training in the treatment of presbyphagia (age-related dysphagia).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合老年性骨质疏松症诊断标准； 2.年龄范围：65～85 周岁； 3.伴有不同程度的腰背疼痛； 4.由家属或本人签署书面知情同意书，同意进入研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for senile osteoporosis; 2. Age: 65-85 years old; 3. Accompanied by varying degrees of lower back pain; 4. Written informed consent form signed by family members or the individual, agreeing to enter the researcher.

排除标准：

1.合并有其他引起继发性吞咽障碍的各种疾病；
2.合并有心、肝、肾等各系统严重疾病影响其吞咽功能恢复者；
3.近3个月服用影响吞咽功能的药物；
4.已接受其他有关治疗且可能影响本研究的效应观察指标者；
5.对电刺激敏感无法承受电刺激者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combining various diseases that cause secondary swallowing disorders; 2. Patients with severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and other systems that affect their swallowing function recovery; 3. Medications affecting swallowing function taken in the past 3 months; 4. Those who have received other relevant treatments and may affect the outcome observation indicators of this study; 5. Individuals who are sensitive to electrical stimulation and unable to withstand it;

由不参与分组的研究助理采用Excel软件生成随机数字序列，按1:1的比例将患者随机分配到观察组（n=32）和对照组（n=32）。对照组接受常规吞咽功能训练，观察组接受常规吞咽功能训练联合NMES治疗。

Random number sequences were generated using Excel software by research assistants who did not participate in the grouping, and patients were randomly assigned to the observation group (n=32) and the control group (n=32) in a 1:1 ratio. The control group received routine swallowing function training, while the observation group received routine swallowing function training combined with NMES treatment.
