探讨中国男性护理管理者的核心管理特征，为优化护理管理人才培养体系、提升护理管理效能提供实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the core management characteristics of male nursing managers and provide empirical evidence for optimizing the talent cultivation system of nursing management and enhancing the effectiveness of nursing management.

纳入标准：

1.男性注册护士，现任护理管理岗位；2.拥有≥3年护理管理工作经验；3.自愿参与本研究并能够配合完成半结构化访谈。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male registered nurse currently holding a nursing management position;
2. Possesses ≥3 years of nursing management experience;
3. Willing to participate in this study and able to cooperate with completing semi-structured interviews.

排除标准：

1.代理护理管理者；2.担任护理管理岗不足1年者；3.已卸任护理管理岗位超过6个月者；4.因健康或工作原因无法完整表达个人观点者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Proxy nursing manager;
2. Individuals who have held nursing management positions for less than one year;
3. Those who have been relieved from nursing management positions for more than six months;
4. Individuals unable to fully express their personal opinions due to health or work reasons.
