研究目的：

目的探讨基于检索增强生成(RAG)与大语言模型构建的本地化智能问答系统，在2型糖尿病（Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus，T2DM）患者健康教育中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of a localised intelligent question-and-answer system, built using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and large language models, in the health education of patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=18岁； 2. 符合2024版《中国糖尿病防治指南》中2型糖尿病的诊断标准； 3. 本次为计划内住院，预计住院时间>=7天； 4. 具有良好的视力、听力及沟通能力者； 5. 本人或主要陪护者能熟练使用智能手机及微信。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 or over; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes set out in the 2024 edition of the *Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes*; 3. This is a planned hospital admission with an expected length of stay of 7 days or more; 4. Possesses good vision, hearing and communication skills; 5. The patient or their primary carer is proficient in using a smartphone and WeChat.

排除标准：

1. 合并严重心、肝、肾、脑等重要脏器功能衰竭或终末期疾病者； 2. 合并精神分裂症、躁郁症等精神疾病，或存在认知障碍、痴呆等无法配合完成量表测评及健康教育干预者； 3. 肢体残疾、视力/听力障碍等无法正常操作智能手机及微信者； 4. 入组前存在糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高渗高血糖综合征等急性严重并发症者； 5. 拒绝参与本研究或无法签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe failure or end-stage disease of vital organs such as the heart, liver, kidneys, or brain; 2. Patients with psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, or those with cognitive impairment or dementia who are unable to cooperate in completing scale assessments and health education interventions; 3. Individuals with physical disabilities, visual impairments, or hearing impairments that prevent them from properly operating smartphones and WeChat; 4. Patients who experienced acute severe complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar hyperglycemic syndrome prior to enrollment; 5. Individuals who refuse to participate in this study or are unable to sign the informed consent form.
