本研究旨在采用两阶段随机对照设计,系统评估生成式人工智能引导的单次暴露干预在大学生学业焦虑中的应用价值。第一阶段通过试点研究考察研究流程、干预实施、数据收集、安全规则和退出机制的可行性,并初步评估干预的安全性、可接受性和潜在效果;第二阶段通过正式随机对照试验进一步检验该干预在缓解大学生学业焦虑、状态焦虑和拖延症状方面的有效性,并探索其可能的作用机制。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to adopt a two-stage randomized controlled design to systematically evaluate the value of a generative AI-delivered single-session exposure intervention for academic anxiety among college students. In the first stage, a pilot study will be conducted to examine the feasibility of the research procedures, intervention delivery, data collection, safety rules, and withdrawal mechanisms, while preliminarily assessing the intervention’s safety, acceptability, and potential effects. In the second stage, a full randomized controlled trial will further examine the intervention’s effectiveness in reducing academic anxiety, state anxiety, and procrastination symptoms among college students, and explore its potential mechanisms of change. |

1、存在一定的学业焦虑症状困扰(在读本科生或研究生的学业焦虑量表AAS平均分>=21);2、年龄>=18岁;3、能够流畅地操作智能手机或电脑。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Experiencing a certain level of academic anxiety symptoms (average score of AAS among current undergraduate or graduate students >=21 ); 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Able to use a smartphone or computer proficiently |

排除标准: |
1、存在自杀或自伤风险(PHQ-9自杀条目>=2); 2、存在重度的抑郁情绪(PHQ-9总分>=20); 3、目前正在接受心理治疗或精神科药物治疗; 4、既往已接受过本研究团队开展的学业焦虑暴露疗法干预者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Presence of suicide or self-harm risk (PHQ-9 suicide item>= 2); 2. Severe depressive symptoms (PHQ-9 total score >= 20); 3. Currently receiving psychotherapy or psychiatric medication; 4. Previous participation in exposure-based interventions for academic anxiety conducted by our research team. |
