研究目的：

构建基于多维度影响因素的高龄老年患者围术期低血压预测模型，实现对低血压的早期预警。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a prediction model for perioperative hypotension in elderly patients based on multiple influencing factors, and to achieve early warning of hypotension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁； 2.拟接受各类外科手术, ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅳ级； 3.临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged >= 65 years; 2.Intending to undergo various surgical procedures, ASA Classification Levels I-IV; 3.Complete clinical data.

排除标准：

1.术前已存在持续性低血压（MAP＜65 mmHg）或休克； 2.合并严重的肝肾功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤晚期、严重感染等终末期疾病； 3.手术过程中出现严重大出血、严重心律失常等突发严重并发症，无法判断低血压是否为围术期常规因素导致； 4.中途退出手术或术后24小时内死亡的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative persistent hypotension (MAP < 65 mmHg) or shock; 2. Comorbid severe liver and kidney failure, late-stage malignant tumor, severe infection or other end-stage diseases; 3. Sudden severe complications such as severe hemorrhage or severe arrhythmia during the operation, and it is impossible to determine whether the hypotension is caused by routine perioperative factors; 4. Patients who withdraw from the operation midway or die within 24 hours after the operation.
