研究目的：

通过前瞻性临床数据采集，验证前期开发的基于新型炎症指数的机器学习模型在诊断肝硬化门脉高压并发门静脉血栓（PVT）中的实际效能；主要目的为验证预测模型在独立前瞻性队列中的准确性（AUC、敏感度、特异度）；次要目的为评估该模型对PVT的早期预警价値及在不同严重程度肝硬化患者中的适用性。  

Objectives of Study：

To prospectively validate a machine learning model based on novel inflammatory indices for diagnosing portal vein thrombosis (PVT) in patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension. Primary objective: to validate the model's accuracy (AUC, sensitivity, specificity) in an independent prospective cohort. Secondary objective: to assess the model's early warning value for PVT and its applicability across patients with varying severity of cirrhosis.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-99岁； 2. 确诊肝硬化门脉高压； 3. 知情同意并同意接受腹部增强CT检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 - 99 years old; 2. Diagnosed with portal hypertension of liver cirrhosis; 3. Informed consent and agreement to undergo abdominal enhanced CT examination.

排除标准：

1. 合并恶性肿瘤； 2. 已行抗凝治疗者； 3. 关键资料缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined malignant tumors; 2. Those who have received anticoagulation treatment; 3. Missing key information.
