本研究旨在探讨青中年组（＜65岁）、老年组（65-80岁）、高龄组（＞80岁）三个年龄组脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能恢复的差异，并构建风险预测模型，为临床制定个体化康复治疗方案和预后评估提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the difference of lower limb function recovery among the young and middle-aged group (< 65 years old), the elderly group (65-80 years old), and the elderly group (> 80 years old), and to build a risk prediction model, so as to provide scientific basis for formulating individual rehabilitation treatment plans and evaluating prognosis in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

1.新诊断的卒中患者，ICD 为 I63 或者 I64。 2.康复治疗时间>=14 天。

Inclusion criteria

1.For newly diagnosed stroke patients, the ICD is I63 or I64. 2.Rehabilitation time >= 14 days.

排除标准：

1.康复治疗时间＜ 14 天。
2.临床数据不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The time of rehabilitation was less than 14 days.
