Objectives of Study：

Verify the feasibility and preliminary effects of the intervention plan, providing a scientific to improve medication adherence and control asthma in children.

纳入标准：

1.符合《儿童支气管哮喘诊断与防治指南》的诊断标准 2.学龄期儿童,年龄7-12岁，接受ICS治疗≥1个月 3.非急性发作期,病程≥3个月 4.能够配合本研究,能理解简单问卷指令，能进行基本交流。 5.自愿参与本研究，并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Prevention of Childhood Bronchial Asthma" 2.School-age children, aged 7-12 years, receiving ICS treatment for ≥1 month 3.Non-acute phase, disease duration ≥3 months 4.Able to cooperate with this study, understand simple questionnaire instructions and engage in basic communication. 5.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有严重智力或精神障碍 2.有严重心肺病发症 3.合并其他严重呼吸系统疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe intellectual or mental disorders; 2.Severe cardiopulmonary complications; 3.Comorbid with other severe respiratory diseases

低危层：首次门诊护士简要导读手册、发放绿色要点卡；提供视频二维码和公众号；护士进行3次电话随访。 中危层：建立微信群并常态化运营；首次门诊护士导读手册并协商式引导患儿选择策略；面对面认知澄清；吸入技术双阶段复核；每2周推送一次图文+小测验，群内跟进答题；护士进行4次半结构化电话随访。 高危层：呼吸内科医生进行病情评估与认知澄清；护士导读手册并指定式引导；建立微信群；吸入技术多轮次矫正；每日小程序打卡提醒，社群发布依从性简报；发布5集微视频并附测验，护士群内答疑；组织2次线上同伴互动游戏；心理护士筛查负性情绪进行认知引导；护士进行5次动机性访谈深度随访

Low-risk level: First outpatient nurse provides a brief guide manual and distributes green key point cards; provides video QR codes and official WeChat account; conduct 3 telephone follow-ups. Medium-risk level: Establish a WeChat group and operate it routinely; first outpatient nurse provides a guide manual and uses negotiated guidance to help child choose a strategy; face-to-face cognitive clarification; two-stage review of inhalation technique; push graphic content and a short quiz every 2 weeks, and follow up on answers within the group; nurses conduct 4 semi-structured telephone follow-ups. High-risk level: Respiratory physicians conduct condition assessment and cognitive clarification; nurses provide a manual and designated guidance; establish a WeChat group; multiple rounds of correction for inhalation technique; daily mini-program check-in reminders, and publish adherence bulletins in the community; release5 micro-videos with attached quizzes, and nurses answer questions in the group; organize 2 online peer interaction games; psychological nurses screen for negative emotions and provide cognitive guidance; nurses 5 motivational interviewing in-depth follow-ups.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用纸质记录表，其中量表数据按访视点记录原始得分，肺功能数据从肺功能仪导出后转录至纸质记录表。电子数据管理系统使用ResMan（www.medresman.org），实现数据在线录入、逻辑核查、实时质控和中央随机化，符合文献推荐的规范化数据管理要求。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Paper case report forms are used, in which scale data are recorded as raw scores at each visit, and pulmonary function data are transcribed onto the paper forms after exported from the pulmonary function machine. The electronic data management system uses ResMan (www.medresman.org) to achieve online data entry, logic checking, real-time control, and central randomization, meeting the standardized data management requirements recommended in the literature.
