研究目的：

骨软组织肿瘤患者面临巨大的生理痛苦、治疗副作用、功能受限、生存威胁以及对未来的不确定性，导致极高的心理应激水平（如焦虑、抑郁、创伤后应激症状、适应障碍、恐惧复发等）。本研究旨在探索沙盘干预治疗对骨软组织肿瘤患者的自尊、焦虑、抑郁和社会适应性等方面的干预效果，特别关注儿童和青少年群体。通过实施沙盘游戏治疗，希望帮助患者缓解由疾病及其治疗过程所带来的心理压力，提升其情感调节能力、心理健康水平和社会适应能力。沙盘游戏治疗作为一种非言语、表达性的心理治疗方法，非常适合应用于这类可能难以用言语充分表达复杂情绪的患者。  

Objectives of Study：

Patients with bone and soft tissue tumors face immense physical pain, treatment side effects, functional limitations, life-threatening conditions, and uncertainty about the future, leading to extremely high levels of psychological stress (e.g., anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress symptoms, adjustment disorders, fear of recurrence, etc.). This study aims to explore the intervention effects of sandplay therapy on self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and social adaptability in patients with bone and soft tissue tumors, with a particular focus on children and adolescents. By implementing sandplay therapy, we hope to help alleviate the psychological distress caused by the disease and its treatment process, and to enhance patients' emotional regulation abilities, psychological well-being, and social adaptability. As a non-verbal, expressive psychotherapeutic approach, sandplay therapy is particularly suitable for patients who may have difficulty expressing complex emotions fully through verbal language.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄≥7岁且<20岁，经病理确诊的骨软组织肿瘤患者； (2) 无严重疼痛，认知功能正常，能理解沙盘操作指令； (3) ECOG评分0-2分，可耐受单次40-60分钟治疗； (4) 未接受过沙盘治疗，同意随机分组。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with bone and soft tissue tumors diagnosed by pathology, aged ≥7 years but <20 years; (2) No severe pain, normal cognitive function, and able to understand the instructions for sand table operation; (3) The ECOG score is 0-2 points, and the patient can tolerate a single treatment lasting 40-60 minutes; (4) Has not received sandplay therapy before and agrees to be randomly grouped.

排除标准：

1. 精神与神经疾病、重度认知障碍； 2. 家属或患者对本项治疗技术排斥； 3. 近期接受过其他结构化心理治疗（如CBT、正念疗法）； 4. 患者病情处于病危阶段或骨髓抑制期或合并严重的并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Psychiatric and neurological disorders, severe cognitive impairment; 2. Rejection of this treatment technique by family members or the patient; 3. Recent receipt of other structured psychological therapies (e.g., CBT, mindfulness-based therapy); 4. The patient is in a critical stage of illness, or in the period of bone marrow suppression, or has serious complications.
