研究目的：

1.主要目的：分析桥本甲状腺炎患者基线TPOAb水平与补硒治疗疗效的相关性 2.次要目的：评估补硒治疗对桥本甲状腺炎患者的疗效，包括对甲状腺抗体（TPOAb、TgAb），甲状腺功能（TSH、FT3、FT4）。 3.探索性目的：绘制未接受或接受补硒治疗的桥本甲状腺炎患者TPOAb水平的自然变化曲线，了解其随时间的演变规律  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To analyze the correlation between baseline TPOAb levels and the efficacy of selenium supplementation in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Secondary objective: To evaluate the efficacy of selenium supplementation in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, including its effects on thyroid antibodies (TPOAb, TgAb) and thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4). Exploratory objective: To establish the natural trajectory of TPOAb levels over time in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis who either received or did not receive selenium supplementation, and to characterize the longitudinal evolution of TPOAb.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 18-75 岁； 2. 确诊为桥本甲状腺炎； 3. 基线 TPO 抗体升高（TPOAb >40 IU/mL）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-78 years old; 2. A confirmed diagnosis of HT; 3. Baseline thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) levels >40 IU/mL.

排除标准：

1. 合并其他自身免疫性疾病（如 I 型糖尿病、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎等）； 2. 严重心、肝、肾等脏器功能不全； 3. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4. 数据不完整、失访者； 5. 精神障碍或认知障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of other autoimmune diseases (e.g., Type 1 diabetes mellitus, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.); 2. Severe dysfunction of major organs, including the heart, liver, or kidneys; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Incomplete clinical data or loss to follow-up; 5. Psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据从上海市第十人民医院的电子病历系统中提取，使用标准化的病例记录表和Excel表格进行管理。不使用电子数据采集系统。将通过随机抽取10%的数据进行双人核对来保证数据质量。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data was collected from the electronic medical record (EMR) system of Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital using a standardized Case Report Form (CRF) in Microsoft Excel. No electronic data capture (EDC) system was used. Data quality was ensured by double-checking 10% of the entries.
