研究目的：

基于MINDSPACE框架构建GDM孕期体力活动助推策略，评价助推策略对提高GDM孕期体力活动、改善血糖及妊娠结局的效果，并剖析GDM患者采纳或不采纳助推策略的动机及原因。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the MINDSPACE framework, a boosting strategy for physical activity during pregnancy with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) was constructed. The effects of the boosting strategy on increasing physical activity during pregnancy with GDM, improving blood glucose and pregnancy outcomes were evaluated, and the motivations and reasons for GDM patients to adopt or not adopt the boosting strategy were analyzed.

纳入标准：

1.在医院产科门诊建卡并规律产检；2.孕24~28周经75g口服葡萄糖耐量试验诊断为妊娠期糖尿病；3.在产科营养门诊就诊接受非药物管理；4.熟练使用智能手机，有微信账号；5.知情同意，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Register for a medical card at the obstetric outpatient department of the hospital and have regular prenatal check-ups. 2.At 24 to 28 weeks of pregnancy, the patient was diagnosed with gestational diabetes through a 75g oral glucose tolerance test. 3. Receive non-pharmaceutical management at the obstetric nutrition clinic; 4. Proficient in using a smart phone and having a wechat account; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.需要药物治疗的GDM患者；2.有运动禁忌症，包括多胎妊娠、严重的妊娠期并发症或合并症；3.有认知障碍、精神障碍不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. GDM patients who need drug treatment; 2. There are contraindications to exercise, including multiple pregnancies, severe pregnancy complications or comorbidities; 3. Those with cognitive or mental disorders who are unable to cooperate.

Patients in the intervention group received intervention based on the measures of the control group (follow-up at the obstetric outpatient department) in accordance with the "Physical Activity Plan for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) during Pregnancy" (Table 1: Physical Activity Plan for GDM during Pregnancy). This included pre-physical activity screening and assessment conducted by the intervention implementer. According to the patients' exercise conditions before the intervention, phased goals were set, including exercise forms, intensity, and frequency, etc.
