Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to develop and validate a deep learning algorithm for detecting rectal neuroendocrine tumors based on endoscopic ultrasound images, compare its diagnostic performance with that of endoscopists at different experience levels, and evaluate the clinical value of AI-assisted diagnosis in improving the diagnostic capabilities of physicians across all skill levels. |

1术前 EUS 记录完整,包括高质量静态图像或视频资料; 2 经病理证实为 r-NETs 或非 NET 结直肠病变(对照组)。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1 Availability of complete preoperative EUS records, comprising high-quality static images or video sequences suitable for analysis. 2 Histopathological confirmation of all target lesions post-procedure, categorized into: Case group: Diagnosis of rectal neuroendocrine tumor. Control group: Diagnosis of non-NET colorectal lesions (e.g., gastrointestinal stromal tumor, lipoma, cyst, ectopic pancreas, or leiomyoma). |

排除标准: |
1 缺乏术前 EUS 记录; 2 因气体干扰、模糊、失焦或伪影导致图像 / 视频质量不佳,无法准确解读。收集所有纳入患者的人口统计学数据、组织病理学结果及相应的 EUS 图像 / 视频。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1 Absence of preoperative EUS records. 2 Poor-quality images or videos deemed uninterpretable due to significant air artifacts, blurring, defocusing, or other artifacts. |
