研究目的：

分析过度概括化自传体记忆与抑郁症自杀倾向的相关作用特征，揭示自传体记忆具体性训练对抑郁症自杀倾向的影响。以期为临床上早预防、早诊断、早治疗抑郁症自杀倾向患者提供实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the correlation between overgeneralized autobiographical memory and suicidal tendency of depression, and reveal the influence of specific training of autobiographical memory on suicidal tendency of depression.In order to provide empirical evidence for clinical early prevention, early diagnosis, early treatment of depression suicidal tendency patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

正常对照：
1.无严重躯体疾病，未患有精神疾病;
2.心理测评达到相应标准，无心理疾病史;
3.年龄≥18岁且≤40岁；
4.至少半年内未服用过免疫调节剂和激素制剂；
5.至少2周内未服用过任何精神药物及解热镇痛药；
6.近2周内无急、慢性感染，无创伤、炎症、发热及过敏史；
7.无酒精及药物滥用史，无中风、糖尿病和心脏病；
8.视力或矫正视力正常；
9.右利手。
抑郁症组：
1.符合DSM-5关于抑郁症的诊断标准，由精神科医生进行筛选和确诊;
2.符合汉密尔顿抑郁量表（17项版）（HAMD-17）的抑郁诊断标准（HAMD＞7分）；
3.年龄≥18岁且≤40岁；
4.无严重躯体疾病，不合并其它精神疾病；
5.至少半年内未服用过免疫调节剂和激素制剂；
6.近2周内无急、慢性感染，无创伤、炎症、发热及过敏史；
7.无酒精及药物滥用史无中风、糖尿病和心脏病；
8.视力或矫正视力正常；
9.右利手。

Inclusion criteria

Normal control:
1. no serious physical disease, no mental illness;
2. the psychological assessment has reached the corresponding standard and there is no history of mental illness;
3. aged 18 to 40 years;
4. have not taken immunomodulators or hormone preparations for at least half a year;
5. have not taken any psychotropic drugs or antipyretic analgesics for at least 2 weeks;
6. no acute or chronic infection, no history of trauma, inflammation, fever or allergy in the past 2 weeks;
7. no history of alcohol or drug abuse, no history of stroke, diabetes or heart disease;
8. normal visual acuity or corrected visual acuity;
9. right-handed.
Depression group:
1. meeting dsm-5 diagnostic criteria for depression, screened and diagnosed by psychiatrists;
2. conforming to the diagnostic criteria for depression of the Hamilton depression scale (17-item version) (hamd-17) (points for HAMD >7);
3. aged 18 to 40 years;
4. no serious physical illness, no other mental illness;
5. have not taken immunomodulators or hormone preparations for at least half a year;
6. no acute or chronic infection, no history of trauma, inflammation, fever or allergy in the past 2 weeks;
7. no history of alcohol or drug abuse, no history of stroke, diabetes or heart disease;
8. normal visual acuity or corrected visual acuity;
9. right-handed.

排除标准：

1.合并其他精神症状,如严重焦虑、躁狂发作、精神分裂症等；
2.有颅脑外伤史；
3.合并有肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统等严重疾病及骨关节病;
4.体内有金属植入物；
5.有幽闭恐惧症或幽闭反应。

Exclusion criteria：

1. combined with other psychiatric symptoms, such as severe anxiety, manic attack, schizophrenia, etc.;
2. a history of craniocerebral trauma;
3. complicated with liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious diseases and osteoarthrosis;
4. metal implants in the body;
5. claustrophobia.
