探讨研究PCI术中使用碘克沙醇的患者术后近期肾功能的变化情况  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate changes of the short-term renal function in patients who were administrated iodixanol during PCI

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．冠心病患者行PCI术；
2．年龄＞18岁；
3．除外碘克沙醇，未使用其他对比剂；
4. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Coronary heart disease patients undergoing PCI;
2. Aged>18 years old;
3. Except iodixanol, no other contrast agent;
4. sign the informed consent file.

排除标准：

1.有精神病史并且目前尚未控制
2.甲状腺功能亢进未治愈者
3.需要透析的终末期肾病患者（eGFR＜15mL / min / 1.73 m2）
4.单侧肾动脉狭窄≥70%或双侧肾动脉狭窄≥50%者
5.严重肝功能不全患者：丙氨酸氨基转移酶和（或）冬氨酸氨基转移酶≥正常参考值上限3倍
6.有急性活动性出血者
7.对比剂过敏者
8.既往对碘对比剂及含碘食物有严重不良反应者
9.血流动力学不稳定者，包括：急性心肌梗死（2周之内）；心源性休克；急性肺水肿
10.术中死亡者
11.预期生存期小于1年的恶性肿瘤病史
12.研究中任务存在任何不适合入选或影响受试者参与或完成研究的其他因素

Exclusion criteria：

1. Has a history of mental illness and is not yet in control;
2. Hyperthyroidism is not cured;
3. End-stage renal disease requiring dialysis (eGFR < 15 mL / min / 1.73 m2);
4. Unilateral renal artery stenosis >= 70% or bilateral renal artery stenosis >= 50%;
5. Severe liver dysfunction: alanine aminotransferase and/or aspartate aminotransferase >= 3 times the upper limit of the normal reference value;
6. Acute active bleeding;
7. Contrast allergy;
8. Previous serious adverse reactions to iodine contrast agent and iodine-containing food;
9. Perioperative shock;
10. Intraoperative deaths;
11. Expected survival period of less than 1 year in the history of malignancy;
12. There are any other factors in the study that are not suitable for inclusion in the study or affect the subject's participation in or completion of the study;

该研究系纯观察性研究，根据纳入标准及排除标准的患者均入组，根据术中实际使用的不同对比剂剂量分组，过程中不使用随机。

The study was a purely observational study. All patients were included in the group according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Groups were grouped according to the different doses of iodixanol used during PCIs. Randomization was not used during the procedure.
