Objectives of Study:

A multi-region radiomics approach to evaluate programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

纳入标准:

1.病变大小3-10 cm;
2.增强胸部CT的可用性;
3.PD-L1检测结果;

Inclusion criteria

1. The size of the lesion is 3 to 10 cm; 2. The availability of enhanced chest CT; 3. The results of PD-L1 detection.

排除标准:

1.数据不完整; 2.治疗前CT; 3.肿瘤分界差;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Incomplete data; 2. Pre-treatment CT; 3. Poor tumor boundary delineation.

两名放射科医生(各有15年经验)使用ITK-SNAP独立描绘肿瘤内区域。保留ICC>0.75的特征。通过Python脚本自动生成一个3毫米的瘤周环。使用基于3D U-Net架构的经验证软件(D-CT-Lungnodule,杭州建培科技)进行肺分割。

Measure time point of outcome:

After the treatment with immunotherapy targeting the PD-1/PD-L1 axis

Measure method:

Two radiologists (each with 15 years of experience) independently delineated the internal regions of the tumors using ITK-SNAP. They retained the features with ICC > 0.75. A 3-millimeter periphery ring around the tumor was automatically generated by a Python script. Lung segmentation was performed using an established software based on the 3D U-Net architecture (D-CT-Lungnodule, Hangzhou Jianpei Technology).
