研究目的：

本研究以国际功能、失能和健康分类理论中的功能分类为框架，通过文献研究及质性研究的方法，成员小组讨论及德尔菲专家咨询后制定出系统化、科学化、规范化和可操作性强的脑卒中失能老人的居家照护方案并应用于实践。主要研究内容为:编制脑卒中患者功能分类框架；脑卒中失能老人居家照护方案的构建；脑卒中失能老人居家照护方案的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study, using the functional classification in the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health as a framework, developed a systematic, scientific, standardized, and highly operable home care plan for elderly stroke patients with disabilities through literature review, qualitative research methods, member group discussions, and Delphi expert consultations, and applied it in practice. The main research content includes: developing a functional classification framework for stroke patients; constructing a home care plan for elderly stroke patients with disabilities; and applying the home care plan for elderly stroke patients with disabilities.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合脑卒中诊断；②年龄：55～75岁；符合经中华医学会神经病学分会修订的《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》中关于缺血性脑血管病诊断标准，且经CT或MRI诊断证实；年龄意识清楚，能配合完成研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnosis of stroke; 2. Aged 55-75 years old; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019 revised by the Neurology Section of the Chinese Medical Association, and confirmed by CT or MRI diagnosis; 4. Conscious and able to cooperate with the completion of the study.

排除标准：

①短暂性脑缺血发作、无症状性腔隙性脑梗死、有痴呆和精神疾病史。②人口学资料不全者；有明确诊断的精神性疾病或其他原因不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Transient ischemic attack, asymptomatic lacunar cerebral infarction, history of dementia and psychiatric disorders; 2. Those with incomplete demographic information; those with clearly diagnosed psychiatric disorders or other reasons for not being able to cooperate.
